2. 14-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Return Right

You may return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

  1. Socks & Tights once the hygiene seal is broken.

  2. Gloves, Hats, Scarves showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or deodorant.

  3. Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

*Clock starts once the returned item passes inspection. All refunds are credited via the original payment channel and in the original purchase currency.


5. Step-by-Step Refund Process

  1. Request an RMA – E-mail [email protected] with order #.

  2. Pack & ship – Write the RMA on the label; use any trackable service.

  3. Inspection – Completed within 2 business days of warehouse receipt.

  4. Refund issued – According to the timelines in § 4. You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail.
